Making Herstories Known

Julie Scelfo, author of "The Women Who Made New York," will be in conversation with Dr. Uma V Mysorekar (OBGYN, President of the Hindu Temple Society, & Founder of the Ganesh Temple in Queens) and activist Jamia Wilson (Executive Director and Publisher of the Feminist Press at CUNY). Julie's book explores the untold stories of the revolutionary women who made New York the cultural epicenter it is today and she will be hosting a roundtable discussion on that topic.
